Why Play Rugby at HRC?

Founded in 1950, HRC is one of Germany’s most established rugby clubs, based directly in the scenic Hamburger Stadtpark. Our club unites over 25 nationalities across all divisions:

• 1st & 2nd Men’s XV (Bundesliga & Regionalliga): High-level competitive rugby union alongside developing squads.
• Women’s XV & 7s: One of northern Germany’s most vibrant and ambitious women’s rugby programmes.
• Youth Academy (U6 to U18): Certified child-safe coaching fostering sportsmanship, confidence, and agility.
• Oldboys & Touch Rugby: Active veteran rugby tours and social touch sessions.
