Head Coach Wanted: Lead the HRC Women's Rugby Squad in Hamburg

Join the coaching staff of Hamburg’s premier rugby club! The Hamburger Rugby-Club Women’s Squad (Lionesses) is looking for an enthusiastic and committed rugby coach to lead our rapidly developing team.

Over the past twelve months, the squad has grown exponentially from just 3 players to over 17 active athletes. While currently competing in the Regionalliga Nord/Ost 7s series, the team is actively preparing for future entry into full 15s rugby competition (Women’s Bundesliga).

📋 Role Responsibilities & Profile

We are looking for a passionate individual with rugby playing or coaching experience who wants to shape and develop a dedicated group of athletes:

• Session Planning & Delivery: Leading twice-weekly training sessions focused on technical fundamentals, tactical cohesion, and physical fitness.
• Match Day Management: Directing the squad during regional 7s tournament weekends, friendly fixtures, and upcoming 15s matches.
• Player Development: Fostering individual skill development for both rugby newcomers and experienced competitors.
